BFS Training

Hey Rush Athletes:
Last night's first BFS session was amazing. We accomplished exactly what we needed to accomplish, so next Friday is gonna be even better. BAM!
Here are some notes:
1.Please be warmed up by 6pm. We will rope stretch right at 6.
2. I want as many as possible to get there early enough to warm-up, then practice on your form with the weight bars. I will be there to help.
3. We need to really learn the movements this week so we can increase the cool stuff I want to teach you.
